My favourite thing to shoot is the every day life around me and I feel with certainty that it is this that separates my wedding photography from others. My inspirations come from quirky portrait shoots such as you find on Pinterest, books with curled corners about photo journalism and the music photographers of old and I love that I can pull all of that together into my style to create something unique on your wedding day.
Firetops style is mainly informal photography, which some people label as reportage or documentary. I take a relaxed approach to wedding and portrait photography, making subjects feel at ease in order to capture real moments and feelings.

Try to see your wedding the way that you’ve always imagined it. I want to make that image real. I think that often the simplest things in life are the most precious. The most perfect weddings celebrate what is human and imperfect and the occasional hiccup is all a part of the unpredictable energy and beauty of the day. It’s what adds to the memory and makes each wedding unique.
The opportunity to photograph your wedding is the perfect assignment for me. I have photographed weddings in many of the top venues such as Great Fosters, Sopwell House, Fanhams Hall, The Grove,Hanbury Manor, Notley Abbey and Waddesdon Manor’s Dairy to name but a few. I always strive to capture that special moment and I really enjoy working with people who appreciate the value of great images.
